But really it has any mean for political parties except common man. After independence lot of programmes and packages are implemented by state and central govts. For the welfare and uplift of society and still continue. InGujaratthere are many such schemes implemented by different departments by state govt fund or central. And due to this duplication of work become prominent. Here is an example of Drinking Water Programme that experienced by the blogger in rural areas ofGujarat. There are five to six programme which provides drinking water programme facilities to the villages. And implemented by different department and they have no departmental coordination. So chances of work duplication is more and public money wasted. It is only about water what about other scheme?
